Support may involve:

• Emotional  support and check-ins

4 Hour booking minimum.

 Night Rates 
$65 an hour
Overnight support provides families with dedicated care during nighttime hours to protect recovery and prioritize rest.
Support may involve:

• Overnight newborn care

• Feeding assistance and education

• Sleep transition support

• Postpartum recovery support

• Next day prep

8 Hour booking minimum.

Do you offer customized packages?
Yes. Every family is different, and support plans are adjustable based on your goals, availability, and postpartum package.
Do you provide overnight child care?
Postpartum support is not childcare. My role is to support the family system through education, newborn care assistance, support recovery, and offer evidence-based resources.
When should I book postpartum support?
The earlier the better. Many families begin planning support during pregnancy, but availability may vary depending on due dates and requested schedules.

Foundational Package: 12 Hours/$600
   A starting point for families in need of focused postpartum assistance and education.

Transition Package: 24 Hours/$1,200
For families wanting continued support during the early postpartum transition.

Comprehensive Package: 48 Hours/$2,400
For those seeking structured support over multiple visits.
